Nursing in Practice event programme for 2025 starts with chronic conditions

Nursing in Practice is all set to begin its programme of events for the year, with a virtual event running next week to discuss the management of chronic conditions in primary care.

To be held on Thursday 6 February, The Nursing in Practice virtual Chronic Conditions event is our first Nursing in Practice event of 2025, kicking off our series of live and virtual educational support.

Nurses are invited to register free of charge to hear expert speakers on a wide range of key chronic conditions, to ask questions, to support their CPD.

Taking place online and easy to register and access, the virtual event will focus on chronic conditions topics including:

  • Soothing the itch of atopic dermatitis
  • Gestational diabetes and the importance of managing glucose
  • Huntington’s disease in primary care
  • Supporting patients with bipolar disorder

The programme will be chaired by Marilyn Eveleigh, registered nurse, midwife, health visitor, and Advisory Board Member for Nursing in Practice.
